Extraordinary photography for ordinary people!

We love beaches, we love weddings, we love vacations, we love art, and since we love photography too, we became specialists in Beach Wedding and Vacation Photography and Photo-art!

We offer both posed and spontaneous style photography that goes beyond the hum-drum cookie cutter to include a mix of excitement, feelings, play, love, tenderness, and special memories.

But I have to tell you that our greatest love is for feelings (being that we are card carrying professional beach hippies..), so our photography is focused on you, the couple... and to offer you memories of a moment in time that will only happen once in your lives together...your wedding day!

There are many great photographers in our area, and all of them will tell you that they offer something that nobody else does! So let us muscle and elbow our way to the front of the pack to offer our pitch! We really excel at and focus on (no pun intended), your energy! So what's so big about that? As Reiki practitioners, we are completely devoted to the unique "love and light" that all of us create together! And as healing drummers, the rhythm and connection of the spirit is always numero uno with us! Working together as a married team, Don and Kathy have a method that is fun, relaxed, and very experienced in capturing this new creation... your marriage ... in a way that will keep you revved up with that lovin' feelin' for years to come! You will truly feel like we are all family...plus, we don't call our selves Beachpeople for nuthin!

Translation: You're gonna have fun with us, and somewhere in that process, your fun loving "inner child" will emerge and be set free. (And it will show in your pictures!)

Our fees cover the equipment, time, and experience of the photographers who take thousands of images every month, exclusively under the challenging conditions found on our area beaches. We do not limit you to certain times of the day or jack up our prices on weekends, and we don't leave until we've gotten the pictures you want. (Usually around an hour..)

While we are not wedding planners, we can offer sound advise on the best timing and locations for your ceremony photography, so feel free to ask!

We offer a very affordable and professional photography. We are unique, in that we are a husband and wife team who are both wedding officiants and are both professional photographers. We specialize in small intimate beach or garden weddings. We are also reiki practitioners and are very interested in the energy of the moment. Our photo package includes your wedding ceremony and a fun and creative photo shoot afterwards. After the ceremony you will have 2 photographers energetically capturing your first steps into your new journey together. We use a combination of a photo-journalistic style and a guided creative style. We get group shots, we get the detail shots (bouquet, shoes etc), the romantic shots, and we get the shots you need to make a beautiful portrait. We are artists, and we love to create a beautiful fine art portrait from a photo of your choice. The whole photo shoot, including the wedding ceremony usually takes about an hour. I know it sounds like this cant be true, but it is. We are able to get all you will need in this time. Every wedding you see in our photo galleries at Moonbeam Photography were done in this manner. Please note: If you have a large group and have a need for many group shots, please inquire, as we will need to allot more time in our schedule and there may be an extra fee.
