Reserving our Services

In order to ensure that we will be there for your wedding date, we require paperwork and a deposit to reserve our services! (Grrr *#!!*) We have very firm policies in this regard and they are as follows:

Once I have a firm commitment from you, either by phone or e-mail, I'll put you on the ole calendar pending your deposit.

If I don't have a deposit From you within 7 days, (after you've told me that you want to reserve me), I'll reopen your date for other interested couples.

(Sorry to be a meanie about this, but past experience has taught us some tough lessons over the years...so if you are a procrastinator, now is the time to mend your ways! So get yer rear in gear and get that money order in the mail!)

We need completed booking agreements for our record keeping.

We need a deposit, and this must be a money order or cashiers check. Why? Because we'd like to trust people but have been burned a few times, personal checks won't do. We aren't sophisticated enough to do Paypal, and accepting credit cards means paperwork that cuts into my beach time, or that means paying an accountant (that means cutting into my "recreation" funds), so cash, bank checks or money orders only please.

We have a strict policy regarding couples being excessively late for their scheduled start time...

Reservation form

Please print the form and return it to us with your deposit!

If you have previously reserved us and need to make a change with date, location, your time, or any other detail, this will require a new signed reservation form to be mailed to us. Doing this by phone or e-mail will not be sufficient, and we are not responsible for miscommunications over these important issues.
