Due to problems we've had with personal checks, absolutely no personal checks will be accepted! If you send us a check, we will mail it back to you and your date will not be reserved. (Please don't be offended, but we don't know you yet, and it's a strange world we live in!)

Is a rehearsal required? ______ There is a $50 to $100 charge for
rehearsals, depending on location, and I do not do rehearsals on weekends or

below are for our local area (
All other areas have a travel fee depending on location... and these listed fees must be added to the below listed package prices.
Our travel fees are ... $100 for Wrightsville, Carolina, and Kure Beaches, $50 for Holden Beach, $75 for Oak Island ... $200 for Topsail Island.
For South Carolina
locations; $75 for Myrtle Beach State Park, Surfside and Garden City, $150 for
Huntington Beach State Park, Pawley's Island, and Litchfield Plantation. Please
note that our availability for some locations might be limited by summer
traffic or travel timing issues at our discretion.
We do not provide
rain backup locations…. That is the couple’s responsibility. (We can help with
ideas)

effort to know your wedding location in advance, for you and your guests. Late
arrivals can have an adverse affect on available lighting, and may have an
impact on our other business obligations for that day. A late fee of $50 for
every 20 minutes over your scheduled start time will be charged at our
discretion. We will not be responsible for lost photographic opportunities due
to late starts.
We request that your family and guests
refrain from crowding us to get “their pictures” after the ceremony! CLIENT
agrees that Beachpeople Weddings is the exclusive vendor authorized to perform
still photography during this event. We shall not be liable for photographic
opportunities missed or lacking in quality due to obstruction or distractions
by guests or other persons.
All of our photo packages include your edited images (only the very best images, and chosen by us), and placed on a photo disk, with all images taken by our highly skilled photographer, adjusted and ready for printing. We also upload images from your photo session onto our online ordering website at http://beachpeople.zenfolio.com/ where you or your guests may view, share, and order prints, canvases, and a huge variety of products if desired. Just to remind you, we do not permit our clients to proof or choose the images included on their disk, as our pricing is based on our workflow... but you may elect to upgrade to a bigger package after you see your images if you'd like. Just let us know before we ship your disk, as there is an added fee if we have to go back and resend another upgraded disk !

Please note that if the weather permits, I usually wear shorts, either linen or cotton; very nice off white or khaki toned, and either colorful short sleeved shirts, or loose Bali style white or pastel toned shirts.

Signature of bride or groom_______________________________________________ By your signature, you agree to the following.. A very late start will have an impact on other scheduled events for that day. This needs to be clearly understood! In the event that the ceremony begins by more than 20 minutes after the scheduled and agreed upon start time due to lateness of the couple, an additional fee of $50 for every 20 minute period will be required at the discretion of the officiant before I perform your ceremony. Late arriving guests are not grounds for a late start, at officiant's discretion.

Also note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather or late starts (for a sunset wedding) can place limitations on any of our services. We are not responsible for the foibles of nature, or late arriving couples or family members! Late guests will not be a valid reason for a late start, so make sure your friends and family know when and where to go ahead of time.
Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule any beach or outdoor wedding if the weather conditions become hazardous, esp if there is lightning in the area, or forecasted warnings of hazardous conditions are posted. It is the couple's responsibility to have a rainy day backup plan. We reserve the right to not risk valuable equipment if rain is present at your wedding location at our discretion. Wedding insurance is an option (but not available from us!) for couples with expensive wedding plans! Bride and groom are considered the "responsible party", regardless of who is paying our fees.
