Wedding Day
Meditation
Welcome to your wedding
day.
Today is your day.
You are getting married!
It is a day of transformation.
Breathe.
Notice what you are feeling in this moment and allow... allow for it all.
Let go of the planning, the tasks, and the control of the last months.
Let it all dissolve.
You have only one task today - to surrender.
Do not try to force yourself to experience anything other than exactly what you
are experiencing.
If chaos tumbles forth, surrender to it.
If you feel like you are floating in a realm of nothingness, as if in a dream,
surrender to the nothingness.
And when the bliss, the joy, the laughter arrives, surrender as well.
Allow for it all.

It is all a part of the transformation.
Trust that there is divine perfection in this day.
Know the sanctity of your union.
Today, you are a bride.
As a bride you are poised between worlds.
You are no longer single and not quite a wife.
You are adorned in the beauty of your being, ready to transform.
You are a vessel of Being.
Today you are a groom.
As a groom you are poised between worlds.
You are no longer single and not quite a husband.
You are adorned in the strength of your being, ready to transform.
You are a vessel of Being
Today you will meet your beloved at the appointed hour.
And through the ceremony, you will be wed.
The ceremony is a powerful ritual that completes a promise and begins a journey
that is as old as the stars.
You will be leaving what you know, leaving the familiar, and stepping into the
unknown, the mystery.
During the ceremony, you may feel afraid.
You may feel nothing.
You may feel overwhelmed.
You may feel pure joy.
Allow for it all.
Welcome the energies that surround you, for they can do no harm.
It is all a part of the transformation.
It is all a part of the wedding.
Breathe, bride.
Imagine that you’re dancing in a field of grass,
and your place as wife reigns like a queen just out of reach.
Imagine your groom standing beside you.
Today, you are his bride.
Breathe, groom.
Imagine that you’re dancing in a field of grass,
and your place as husband is much like the dancer; gentle, flowing and
responding to her rhythm, and she to yours .. as the candle's flame responds to
a lovers embrace.
Imagine your bride standing beside you.
Today, you are her husband.
Breathe.
It is for this moment that you were born. It is for
this moment that life has called you to this place.
You are open to love.
You are ready to let go.
You are ready to receive.

You are ready... to become.
